摘要
开发了一种3D玻璃稀土抛光液,包括开槽液、补加液,通过将开槽液与补加液分开,不会造成分散剂的积累,磨削速率稳定;此外该抛光液不会造成表面活性剂的积累,抛光过程中不会产生大量泡沫,无需额外添加消泡剂。使用此抛光液,抛光速率可稳定保持在30μm/h,最高可达到35μm/h,抛光后玻璃表面粗糙度达到10μm以下,与市场上同类产相比,该抛光液工作寿命长,对3D玻璃的抛光效果好,磨削速率高,产品表面粗糙度低,外观良率高,具有良好的应用前景。
3D glass rare earth polish solution is developed in this article.The grooved liquid is separated from supplement liquid,which will not cause dispersion agent accumulating and polishing rating is stable.The polish solution will not cause accumulating of surfactant,so foam will not be produced in polishing process.By using the polish solution,the polishing rate can be stably maintained at 30μm/h,up to 35μm/h,and the surface roughness of glass will be less than 10μm.Comparing with the similar product on the market,long life,good polishing effect,high polishing rate,low surface roughness and high appearance yield are the advantage of the polish solution prepared by us.
