摘要
以三元乙丙橡胶作为耐高温耐老化橡胶对象,研究防老剂种类、同一生胶体系不同比例对共混橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,耐高温耐老化性能最佳的实验配方为:SBR/EPDM=10/140,DCP/TAIC=5/2.5,S=0.5,防老剂固体石蜡/4010NA=2/3,白炭黑/炭黑=30/45,液体石蜡=30,ZnO=7.5,硬脂酸=1.5。
EPDM was used as high temperature and aging resistant rubber to study the effects of antioxidant types and different proportion of the same life rubber system on the properties of blends.The results showed that the best experimental formula of high temperature and aging resistance was SBR/EPDM=10/140,DCP/TAIC=5/2.5,s=0.5,antioxidant solid paraffin/4010NA=2/3,silica/carbon black=30/45,liquid paraffin=30,ZnO=7.5,stearic acid=1.5.
