Countermeasures for Safety Production Management of Oil Product Pipeline Enterprises

针对成品油管道企业的安全生产管理问题,结合目前我国成品油企业的安全生产管理现状,首先对成品油管道企业的特点进行简单分析,在此基础上,提出企业在安全生产管理过程中容易出现的风险问题,最后提出安全生产管理的相关对策,为保障成品油企业的安全运行奠定基础。研究表明:成品油管道企业在安全生产管理过程中非常容易出现制度风险、设备风险以及人为风险等三大类风险问题,因此,相关企业需要从提高安全意识、树立安全管理理念以及组建安全管理团队三方面入手,采取多项有效措施,全面保障成品油管道企业的生产安全。

Aiming at the safety production management issues of refined oil pipeline enterprises,this study combines the current status of safe production management of refined oil enterprises in China.First,a simple analysis of the characteristics of refined oil pipeline enterprises is made.Risk issues that are prone to occur in the management process,and finally put forward relevant countermeasures for production safety management,laying a foundation for ensuring the safe operation of refined oil companies.Research shows that in the process of production safety management of refined oil pipeline companies,three types of risk problems,such as institutional risk,equipment risk,and human risk,are very prone to occur.Therefore,related companies need to improve safety awareness,establish safety management concepts,and establish safety management.The team started from three aspects and adopted a number of effective measures to comprehensively guarantee the production safety of refined oil pipeline enterprises.
