低压环境对锂电池热失控释放温度的影响

摘要 通过分析锂电池在30kPa、60kPa、101kPa的多种低压环境中热失控的温度特性,分析热失控释放温度、电池池体温度等要素,探究低压环境对于锂电池的池体、喷射口热失控释放温度的影响。分析发现,环境压力不会阻断锂电池间的热失控温度释放,压力逐渐减少会使锂电池的高温危险性逐渐降低。 This paper analyzes the temperature characteristics of thermal runaway of lithium battery in various low-voltage environments of 30kPa,60kPa and 101kPa,analyzes the factors such as the temperature of thermal runaway release,the temperature of battery cell,and explores the impact of low-voltage environment on the temperature of thermal runaway release of lithium battery cell and nozzle,and finds that the environmental pressure will not block the thermal runaway temperature release between lithium batteries,and the pressure gradually decreases It will reduce the risk of high temperature of lithium battery.
