蒸汽驱井组地层深部防砂技术研究与应用

摘要 简述了蒸汽驱技术、汽驱井的防砂机理及两种树脂砂的加工方法和它们的物性指标。所研究的用于汽驱井组的防砂技术具有有效期长的特点,其陶粒树脂砂的岩芯渗透率在40μm^2左右,在350℃下恒温90d后抗压强度大于9.5MPa、抗折强度大于4.5MPa,综合指标明显优于石英树脂砂。2015年以来应用不同的防砂工艺技术现场施工15个井次,取得较好的效果。 The steam drive technology,the sand control mechanism of steam drive well,the processing methods of two kinds of resin sand and their physical properties are described.The sand control technology for steam drive well group studied has the characteristics of long validity period.The core permeability of the ceramsite resin sand is about 40μm^2,the compressive strength is greater than 9.5MPa and the flexural strength is greater than 4.5MPa after 90 days of constant temperature at 350℃,and the comprehensive index is obviously better than that of quartz resin sand.Since 2015,different sand control technologies have been applied to 15 wells on site,and good results have been achieved.
