摘要
W块东二段为层状边水油藏,可划分为3个砂岩组,进一步细分为8个小层,具有6套油水系统。2006年以来,开展了以水平井技术为主导的二次开发试验,取得了较好的效果。但由于该块储层变化快、单层厚度小,导致水平井钻进过程中调整难度大,同时三开完井钻井周期长、投资大。针对存在的问题,采取旋转导向代替LWD导向、将三开完井变为两开完井、应用管外封隔器固井技术提高固井质量。该套钻完井新工艺的应用使水平井钻进过程中调整更为灵活,保证了油层钻遇率,缩短了钻井周期,节约了投资。
The eastern second member of block W is a layered edge water reservoir,which can be divided into three sandstone groups,further subdivided into eight small layers,with six sets of oil-water systems.Since 2006,the secondary development test with horizontal well technology as the leading factor has been carried out,and good results have been achieved.However,due to the fast change of reservoir and the small thickness of single layer,it is difficult to adjust the horizontal well during drilling.Meanwhile,the three well completion has a long drilling cycle and large investment.In view of the existing problems,the rotary guide is used instead of LWD guide,the three open completion is changed into two open completion,and the external packer cementing technology is applied to improve the cementing quality.The application of the new drilling and completion technology makes the adjustment of horizontal drilling more flexible,ensuring the drilling rate,shortening the drilling cycle and saving investment.
