摘要
LNG罐内潜液泵是LNG储罐的核心设备,安装于LNG储罐的泵井中。简要介绍LNG罐内潜液泵泵井的设计要点,从泵井支管布置、泵井管道绝热厚度计算、泵井支撑件设计等方面探讨了泵井的结构设计。利用ANSYS有限元分析对泵井各工况进行受力校核分析。
The submerged pump in LNG tank is the core equipment of LNG tank,which is installed in the pump well of LNG tank.This paper briefly introduces the key points of the design of the submersible pump well in the LNG tank,and discusses the structural design of the pump well from the aspects of the layout of the pump well branch pipe,the calculation of the insulation thickness of the pump well pipe,and the design of the pump well support.ANSYS finite element analysis is used to check and analyze the stress of each working condition of pump well.
