摘要
针对3-甲基-4-硝基苯酚催化还原过程,通过计算与分析确定了搅拌反应器型式,并进行了工业化对比。该氢化反应过程应采用搅拌强化横向和径向气液传质,选用了表面曝气偏心搅拌器。工业化应用验证了设计思路的正确性,对其他的氢化工业化设计具有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at the catalytic reduction process of 3-methyl-4-nitrophenol,the type of stirred reactor was determined through calculation and analysis,and industrial comparison was carried out.The hydrogenation reaction process should use stirring to enhance lateral and radial gas-liquid mass transfer,and a surface aeration eccentric stirrer is used.The industrial application has verified the correctness of the design ideas,and has certain guiding significance for other hydrogen industrial design.
