大学生心理社会能力特征及其影响因素分析

Analysis of psychosocial competence Characteristics and InfluencingFactors of College Students in Fujian Province

大学生心理社会能力研究是心理学领域重要研究之一,大学生心理社会能力特征及其影响因素研究,不仅有助于将大学生心理社会能力特点量化,了解大学生心理社会能力水平,更能帮助高校了解大学生心理社会能力影响因素,为大学生心理社会能力的培养提供直观性的参考依据。采用自编的《大学生心理社会能力量表》(α=0.880)对福建省五所高校300名大学生调查。结果表明:大学生心理社会能力水平中等偏上(均分为9.436),其中生活自理能力最高,挫折应对最低;大学生心理社会能力受外部环境和内在品质两方面因素影响。因此,在掌握大学生心理社会能力特征及影响因素基础上,可以通过多途径、多形式的方式,推动大学生心理社会能力的培养。

The study of psychosocial competence of college students is one of the important researches in the field of psychology.The study of the characteristics of psychosocial competence of college students and its influencing factors not only helps to quantify the characteristics of psychosocial competence of college students,but also it can help colleges to understand the influencing factors of college students'psychosocial ability.The 300 college students in five universities in Fujian Province were investigated by using the self-compiled"Psychological and Social Competence Scale for College Students"(α=0.880).The results show that the psychosocial competence of the university students in Fujian Province are at the upper level(all divided into 9.436),of which the highest self-care ability and the lowest frustration response;The psychosocial competence of college students is influenced by two factors:external environment and internal quality.Therefore,on the basis of mastering the characteristics and influencing factors of college students'psychosocial ability,we can promote the cultivation of college students'psychosocial ability through multiple ways and forms.
