珠三角港口群一体化发展的路径与对策研究

Study on the Path and Countermeasures of Integrated Development of Pearl River Delta Port Group

近年来,随着我国对外开放脚步的不断前行,以及“一带一路”重大策略的实施,大力发展海洋经济是国家和地区发展的趋势。“以港兴国”“以港兴市”的理论不断出现,作为“一带一路”重要节点的珠三角,区域内港口群一体化已经成为珠三角建设具有国际竞争力的湾区港口群的必然趋势。本文以珠三角港口近年来的各项数据、发展状况为基础,并在此基础上对珠三角港口群港口一体化发展的战略地位、发展前景以及发展的必要性进行数据对比和分析,并结合自身的现有条件和所处的地理位置、区域经济、政治、文化情况和外部环境提出一体化发展战略。

In recent years,with the pace of China’s opening to the outside world,and the implementation of major strategies of“the Belt and Road”,developing marine economy is the trend of national and regional development,and the theories of“rejuvenating the country by harbor”and“rejuvenating the country by harbor”are constantly emerging.Therefore,as an important node of“the Belt and Road”,the integration of port groups in the Pearl River Delta region has become an inevitable trend for the Pearl River Delta to build an international competitive port group in the bay area.Based on the development of various data of pearl river delta ports in recent years,this paper compares and analyzes the strategic position,development prospect and necessity of the integrated development of pearl river delta ports,and proposes an integrated development strategy based on its current conditions,geographical location,regional economy,political and cultural conditions and external environment.
