基于组织认同理论视角下当代大学生价值观的培育途径研究

Research on Cultivation Approaches of Contemporary College Students’Values from the Perspective of Organizational Identity Theory

基于组织认同视角,结合组织认同、工作投入、组织创新的概念模型对大学生价值观培育途径进行深入分析。提炼出三条主要途径:一是高校通过建设校园文化品牌,营造组织认同氛围;二是树立教师队伍正确的价值观,加大课堂工作投入;三是推进第二课堂成绩单,构建大学生正确价值观。以期为大学生价值观的培养提供借鉴。

Based on the perspective of Organizational Identity Theory,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the approaches to cultivate college students’values by combining the conceptual models of organizational identity,work input and organizational innovation.Three main approaches have been extracted:First,campus cultural brands for colleges and universities are to be built to create an atmosphere of organizational identity;Second,the correct values of teachers are to be set up and the input of quality class is to be added.Third,the second class performance tracking is to be followed up and the correct values of college students are also to be set up.
