应用型本科高校大学生综合素质养成路径探析

Analysis on the Cultivation Path of Comprehensive Quality of Undergraduates in Application-oriented Universities

结合教育部提出的“卓越工程师教育培养计划”对工程应用型本科人才培养质量提出的要求,各应用型本科高校在如何提升学生的综合素质方面做出了诸多的实践与探索。本文在总结实践经验的基础上,提出应用型本科高校可在重视思想政治教育、加强职业规划指导、深化创新创业教育改革、加强专业素养培育等方面完善大学生综合素质养成路径。

Combined with the requirements of“Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan”put forward by the Ministry of Education on the quality of engineering application-oriented undergraduate talents training.Various applied undergraduate colleges and universities have made a lot of practice and exploration in how to improve students’comprehensive quality.On the basis of summing up practical experience,this paper proposes that application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities can improve the construction of comprehensive quality cultivation model for college students in such aspects as attaching importance to ideological and political education,strengthening career planning guidance,deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,and strengthen the cultivation of professional quality.
