摘要
解决城市消防车由于种类繁多导致的价格昂贵、体量庞大、功能单一、不易储存等问题,并对云梯装置进行了优化改良。透过专家深度访谈的方式获取设计需求网状图,再以专家问卷的方式选择出提及频次较高的问题进行优化创新设计。设计提案以模块化设计理念为指导,将原本单一存在的功能转化为数个模块化的组合。模块化的车体设计,提高了现役城市消防车的实用性及功能性,降低了研发及制造成本。专家访谈有利于获取潜在的设计需求,模块化的设计理念优化了城市消防车的功能系统,整合的研究方法确保了设计提案的可行性,可作为后续设计研究的参考。
To solve the problems of expensive price,huge volume,single function and dif?cult storage caused by various types of urban ?re trucks,and to optimize and improve the ladder device.Through in-depth interviews with experts to obtain the design needs network diagram,and then by means of expert questionnaires to select the high frequency of issues mentioned to optimize innovative design. Guided by the concept of modular design,the design proposal transforms the original single function into several modular combinations.Modular car body design improves the practicability and functionality of existing city fire engines,and reduces the cost of R&D and manufacturing.Expert interviews are conducive to obtaining potential design needs. The modular design concept optimizes the functional system of urban fire engines. The integrated research method ensures the feasibility of the design proposal,which can be used as a reference for subsequent design research.
