基于青年需求的小户型空间设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF SMALL HOUSE SPACE BASED ON THE NEEDS OF YOUTH

针对青年群体居住需求提供小户型设计方法和策略。通过调研问卷,明确青年群体的居住需求,参考小户型空间设计要点、影响因素,结合案例分析提炼出青年小户型设计方法策略。提出两点空间组合方法和三点空间设计策略。该方法和策略帮助小户型设计的更有针对性。

To provide the design method and strategy of small apartment for the living needs of young people. Based on the investigation and questionnaire,this paper clarifies the living needs of the youth groups,refers to the key points and influencing factors of the small apartment space design,and combines with the case analysis to extract the design methods and Strategies of the young small apartment. Two-point space combination method and three-point space design strategy were proposed. This method and strategy can help the design of small apartment more targeted.
