阴道超声对子宫腺肌症的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of Vaginal Ultrasound in Adenomyosis

目的探讨阴道超声对子宫腺肌症的诊断价值分析。方法回顾性分析于2017年1月-2019年2月期间在南阳市第二人民医院就诊的疑似子宫腺肌症患者122例的临床资料,均行阴道超声,并以手术检查结果为标准,观察分析阴道超声检查子宫腺肌症的结果并计算诊断价值。结果手术检查结果显示,122例疑似患者中子宫腺肌症110例,占全部疑似病例的90.16%;阴道超声的诊断符合率为86.07%,腹部超声的诊断符合率为65.57%,阴道超声诊断符合率较腹部超声诊断符合率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阴道超声对子宫腺肌症患者的诊断准确率较高,能够有效缩短对患者进行早期救治的时间,减少预后风险。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of vaginal ultrasound in adenomyosis. Methods The clinical data of122 patients with suspected adenomyosis in the hospital from January,2017 to February,2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The results of vaginal ultrasonography were observed and analyzed according to the results of surgical examination,and the diagnostic value was calculated. Results The results of surgical examination showed that 110 of 122 suspected patients had adenomyosis,accounting for 90.16% of all suspected cases,the diagnostic coincidence rate of vaginal ultrasound was 86.07%,and that of abdominal ultrasound was 65.57%. The coincidence rate of the ultrasonic diagnosis of the vagina was higher than that of the abdominal ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in patients with adenomyosis is high,and the time of early treatment of patients with adenomyosis can be effectively shortened,and the risk of prognosis can be reduced.
