手术室护理管理中实施风险管理干预的方式及效果评价

Method and Effect Evaluation of Implementing Risk Management Intervention in Operating Room Nursing Management

目的探究在手术室护理管理当中予以风险管理的应用价值。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月间广州市第一人民医院收治的手术患者100例,依据护理方案的异同进行分组,实验组予以风险管理方案,对照组予以一般管理方案,对比两组患者护理结果。结果实验组患者护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者预后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理管理当中予以风险管理,能明显改善患者护理质量,进一步提高预后效果。

Objective To explore the application value of risk management in operating room nursing management. Methods100 patients in the hospital from May, 2018 to May, 2019 were selected. According to the similarities and differences of nursing programs, the experimental group was given the risk management plan, and the control group was given the general management plan. The nursing results of the two groups were compared. Results The study showed that the nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the statistical difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). According to the study, the nursing quality scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the statistical difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The study showed that the prognosis quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group, and the statistical difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Risk management in the management of operating room can significantly improve the quality of patient care, and further improve the prognosis.
