多样化联合培训模式在提高手术室护士骨科专科培训的效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究多样化联合培训模式在提高手术室护士骨科专科培训的效果。方法将2016年1月-2017年6月佛山市南方医科大学附属南海区人民医院未实施多样化联合培训模式的手术室骨科专科培训护士38名作为对照组,将2017年9月-2018年12月行多样化联合培训模式的手术室骨科专科培训护士38名作为观察组。分别对比两组护士专科理论考核成绩、手术配合度、手术仪器操作规范率、专科手术体位摆放优良率。结果与对照组相比,观察组护士专科理论考核成绩、手术配合度、手术仪器操作规范率、专科手术体位摆放规优良率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多样化联合培训模式可提高手术室护士骨科专科培训的手术操作及理论知识水平,提高手术配合度。 Objective To explore diversified joint training mode to improve the effect of orthopaedic specialty training for nurses in Operating Room. Methods 38 nurses who did not implement diversified joint training mode from January,2016 to June,2017 were taken as control group, and 38 nurses of orthopaedics specialty in Operating Room who had diversified joint training mode from September, 2017 to December, 2018 were taken as observation group. The results of theoretical examination, degree of operation cooperation, standard rate of operation instruments and excellent rate of special operation position were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, nurses’ professional theory examination results, degree of operation cooperation, standard operation rate of surgical instruments, excellent and good rate of specialist operation posture placement rules of the observation group were higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Diversified joint training mode can improve the level of operation and theoretical knowledge of orthopaedic specialty training for nurses in Operating Room, and improve the degree of operation cooperation.
