多学科协作护理模式对恶性肿瘤患者术后康复质量及并发症的影响

Effect of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Nursing Mode on Postoperative Rehabilitation Quality and Complications of Patients with Malignant Tumors

目的研究多学科协作护理模式对恶性肿瘤术后康复质量及并发症的影响。方法将于2018年1月-2019年1月期间河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的180例恶性肿瘤患者分为干预组(n=90)和常规组(n=90),干预组采取多学科协作护理干预,对照组采用基础护理手段。比较两组患者术后临床情况及并发症率,比较两组患者术前及术后MBI、FMA评分。结果干预组患者下床活动时间、住院时间及恢复正常饮食时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组术前和对照组术前MBI、FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组术后MBI、FMA评分明显高于对照组术后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术后并发症率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理模式对提高恶性肿瘤患者术后康复质量及减少并发症发生率具有重要作用,能加快患者的康复速度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode on postoperative rehabilitation quality and complications of patients with malignant tumors. Methods 180 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the hospital from January,2018 to January,2019 were enrolled,and divided into two groups,with 90 cases in each group. The intervention group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention,and the control group received basic nursing. The clinical indexes,complication rates,MBI and FMA scores were compared between groups. Results The time of getting out of bed,hospitalization time and normal diet time in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The MBI and FMA scores showed no difference between groups before surgery(P>0.05),which were significantly higher in the intervention group than those of the control group after surgery(P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing can effectively improve the quality of postoperative rehabilitation and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with malignant tumors, and promote the recovery. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
