美国学校领导驻校培养模式及其启示--以PLUS驻校项目为例

摘要 在美国,城市学校常年面临领导短缺、学校领导力不足的困境,而其传统化的领导培养模式产出少、质量低、花费高且培养周期长。PLUS作为一个集招募、选拔与培训于一体的替代性学校领导培养项目,体现了驻校培养模式量体裁衣式的实践指导、工作嵌入式的专业发展培训、形式多样的专业发展路径及全面而持久的服务与支持。借鉴美国学校领导驻校培养模式,我国对学校领导的培训可以采取安排指导教练参与、开展驻校实践模式、丰富培训形式及构建专业发展支持体系等措施,以促进学校领导的专业发展和提升学校领导力。 In the United States,urban schools are facing the dilemma of leadership shorta and insufficient school leadership all year around,while its traditional leadership training mode has the characteristics of low output,low quality,high cost and long training cycle.As an alternative school leadership residency training project integrating recruitment,selection and training,PLUS embodies the tailored practical guidance of resident training mode,embedded professional development training,diversified professional development paths and comprehensive and lasting service and support.With reference to the training mode of American school leaders,the training of school leaders in China can arrange the participation of guidance coaches,carry out the practice mode of residency program,enrich the form of training and build a professional development support system to promote the professional development of school leaders and improve school leadership.
