安徽省宣城市2018年院前急救患者疾病分析

Analysis of disease classification of pre-hospital emergency patients in Xuancheng,Anhui Province in 2018

目的:分析安徽省宣城市2018年院前急救患者疾病分类及流行病学特点,为提升院前急救水平提供依据.方法:回顾性分析2018年该市28643例院前急救患者疾病分类分布、人口学特征、就诊月份及时间分布等特征.结果:院前急救患者中,疾病分类前6位依次为损伤创伤、中毒、神经系统疾病、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病,男女比为1.56:1,45岁以上患者占80.4%,呼救前3个高峰时间段依次为8点、9点、17点,3个低谷时间段依次为凌晨2点、3点、4点.结论:该市院前急救患者以损伤创伤、中毒、神经系统疾病、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病为主,男性多于女性,60岁以上、45~59岁患者人数最多,呼救高峰集中在早晚上下班时段.

Objective:To analyze the disease classification and epidemiological characteristics of prehospital patients in Xuancheng,Anhui Province in 2018,provide evidence to improve pre-hospital emergency level.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the disease distribution,demographic characteristics,month and time distribution of 28,743 pre-hospital emergency patients in 2018.Results:The top 6 disease classifications are injury and trauma,poisoning,neurological diseases,circulatory diseases,respiratory diseases,and digestive diseases.Male to female ratio is 1.56:1.80.4%of patients were over 45 years old.3 peak time periods of calling for help are 8:00,9:00,and 17:00,3 trough time periods are 2:00,3:00,and 4:00.Conclusion:The pre-hospital patients are mainly injury and trauma,poisoning,nervous system diseases,circulatory system diseases,and respiratory system diseases.More men than women.The largest number of patients aged 45 to 59 years old and over 60 years old.The peak time of calling for help is concentrated in the morning and evening off hours.
