霍山县城区学龄前儿童年度体检结果分析

Analysis of annual physical examination results of preschool children in Huoshan county

目的:了解霍山县城区学龄前儿童营养不良、贫血和龋齿等常见病的检出率及变化.方法:回顾性调查霍山县2016年及2019年城区7所幼儿园儿童体检资料,分析儿童体格发育及常见疾病的检出率及变化趋势.结果:2016年和2019年数据比较:儿童超重和肥胖检出率上升,趋势和性别间差异均有统计学意义;低体重、消瘦和生长迟缓性别间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);龋齿检出率明显上升,增长趋势差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);贫血检出率无明显变化,趋势和性别间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:2019年和2016年相比,霍山县城区学龄前儿童营养状况较好,但是超重和肥胖检出率上升,性别间有差异,龋齿检出率上升.

Objective:To understand the detection rates and changes of common diseases such as malnutrition,anemia and dental caries among preschool children in Huoshan County.Methods:A retrospective survey of the annual physical examination data of 7 kindergartens in the urban districts of Huoshan County in 2016 and 2019 was conducted to analyze the physical development and detection rates and changes of common diseases in children.Results:The data comparison between 2016 and 2019:the overweight and obesity detection rate of children increased,and the differences between trends and gender were statistically significant;there were no statistically significant differences between the sexes of low body weight,weight loss and growth retardation(P>0.05);The detection rate of dental caries increased significantly,and the increasing trend was statistically significant(P<0.01);the detection rate of anemia did not change significantly,and there was no difference between the trend and gender(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with 2019,the preschool children in Huoshan County had better nutritional status,but the detection rates of overweight and obesity increased,there were differences between genders,and the detection rate of dental caries increased.
