区域医共体医院病区急救药械及物品管理现状调查分析

Analysis and status quo of first-aid instruments and inventory management in the ward of regional medical community hospitals

目的:探讨区域医共体成员医院病区急救药械、物品管理现状及对策.方法:通过对区域医共体17家成员医院病区急救药械、物品管理现状进行实地调查、分析,采取优质护理资源下沉和同质化护理管理模式,统计分析急救护理质控水平和护士对工作满意度的前后差异.结果:与管理前比较,其急救药械、物品合格率、护士急救知识知晓率以及护士对其满意度等方面均提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:实行优质护理资源下沉和同质化管理可有效改善区域医共体医院病区急救药械、物品管理质量,提高护士急救意识、护士满意度.

Objective:To explore the status quo of first-aid instruments and inventory management in the ward of the member hospital of the regional medical community and to make countermeasures.Method:Through onthe-spot investigation and analysis of the status quo of first-aid instruments and inventory management in 17 member hospital ward areas of regional medical community,adopting the high quality nursing resources sinking and homogenized nursing management mode,statistically analyze the quality control level of emergency care and the difference of nurse's job satisfaction.Results:Compared with that before management,the qualified rate of first-aid instruments and inventory,the awareness rate of nurses'first-aid knowledge and the satisfaction rate of nurses were all improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing resource decentralization and homogenization management can effectively improve the quality of management of first-aid instruments and inventory in the ward of regional medical community hospital,improve nurses'awareness of first aid,and improve nurses'satisfaction.
