优质护理干预在烧伤患者皮瓣移植修复术中的应用效果

Application effect of quality nursing intervention in flap repair of burn patients

目的:探讨优质护理干预措施应用于皮瓣移植修复术治疗的烧伤患者的临床效果.方法:将医院收治的85例烧伤患者纳为研究对象,所有患者入院后统一行皮瓣移植修复术治疗,随机将其分为对照组(41例)与研究组(44例),对照组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组患者接受优质护理干预,对比术后两组患者护理干预效果.结果:研究组患者治疗情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且并发症发生率更低(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者VAS、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:经皮瓣移植修复的烧伤患者采用优质护理干预措施能够有效改善患者预后,促进患者术后快速康复,值得推广.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing interventions in burn patients treated with flap transplantation.Methods:Eighty-five burn patients admitted to the Hospital were enrolled in the study.All patients were treated with skin flap repair after admission and randomly divided into control group(n=41)With the study group(n=44),the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received quality nursing intervention to compare the effects of nursing intervention between the two groups.Results:The treatment status of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the study group VAS,SAS,SDS score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing interventions for burn patients with percutaneous flap transplantation can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and promote rapid recovery after surgery.It is worth promoting.
