摘要
目的:探讨细节管理在住院患儿护理中取得的效果.方法:选择在医院儿科住院治疗的206例患儿为调查对象,随机分为干预组(101例)和对照组(105例),并在其住院治疗过程中分别给予细节护理和常规护理,比较两组调查对象的各项护理评价指标及满意度方面的差异.结果:干预组患儿的医院感染率、护理差错率及护患纠纷率均低于对照组患儿,干预组患儿及其家长对儿科护理服务的满意度比对照组高(P<0.05).结论:实施护理过程中的细节管理可以显著降低儿科护理中不良事件的发生风险,提升儿科整体护理服务质量和家长满意度.
Objective:To explore the application effect of details care model in the nursing of the hospitalized children.Methods:206 children hospitalized in pediatrics were selected as the subjects of this study.The subjects of this study were randomly divided into the intervention group(101 cases)and the control group(105 cases).The subjects were given details care and routine conventional care in the process of their hospitalization.We compared the differences in nursing evaluation index and nursing service satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The level of hospital infection rate,nursing error rate and nurse-patient dispute rate in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the satisfaction rate of pediatrics sickroom nursing services in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Details care can significantly reduce the hospital infection rate,nursing error rate and nurse-patient dispute rate in pediatric nursing,and improve the overall quality of pediatric nursing service.
