骨髓增生异常综合征及巨幼细胞性贫血的鉴别诊断价值

Differential diagnosis value of myelodysplastic syndrome and megaloblastic anemia

目的:探讨骨髓增生异常综合征及巨幼细胞性贫血的鉴别诊断价值.方法:现选取入住医院的45例MDS患者为MDS组,同时期入住该院的45例MA患者为MA组.结果:两组患者MCV、RBC水平存在差异,且MA组患者MCV水平高于MDS组,RBC水平低于MDS组(P<0.05),MA组患者B12、SF水平低于MDS组,LDH水平高于MDS组(P<0.05).结论:在鉴别诊断骨髓增生异常综合征和巨幼细胞性贫血的过程中,应用骨髓细胞形态学联合血液指标诊断效果显著,值得在临床推广与应用.

Objective:To investigate the differential diagnosis value of myelodysplastic syndrome and megaloblastic anemia.Methods:Forty-five patients with MDS who were admitted to the Hospital were selected as MDS group,and 45 patients who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University at the same time were in the MA group.Results:The levels of MCV and RBC in the two groups were different,and the MCV level in the MA group was higher than that in the MDS group.The RBC level was lower than that in the MDS group(P<0.05).The B12 and SF levels in the MA group were lower than those in the MDS group,and the LDH level was higher than the MDS group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the differential diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome and megaloblastic anemia,the application of bone marrow cell morphology combined with blood indicators has a significant diagnostic effect,which is worthy of widespread promotion and application in clinical practice.
