再论当前医学生实习质量下降原因分析及对策

On the reasons and countermeasures of the decline in the quality of the clinical internship

目的:分析当前临床医学生实习质量下降的原因并探讨其对策.方法:采用纵向调查的方式,对在血液科实习的289名医学生及40名带教老师进行问卷调查、归纳、分析.以实习考勤和实习成绩考察实习质量.结果:医学实习生及带教老师没有及时进行角色和教学模式的转变,对将来规培的依赖、参与度不高等因素是导致实习质量下降的主要原因,传统因素如社会环境因素、就业等已下降到次要原因.结论:医学生的临床实习质量下降的原因与既往已发生改变,应积极探讨相应的教学管理方法,提高实习质量.

Objective:To analyze the reasons for the decline of clinical internship quality and to explore the countermeasures.Methods:The longitudinal survey was conducted among 289 medical students and 40 teaching teachers in hematology practice.The quality of practice is evaluated by the attendance and performance of practice.Results:Medical interns and teaching teachers did not change their roles and teaching modes in time.Dependence on future training programs and intern participation may be the main reasons for the decline in the quality of practice.Traditional factors such as social environmental factors,postgraduate entrance examination,employment and that have declined to secondary causes.Conclusion:The reasons for the decline of clinical practice quality of medical students have changed in recent years.We should actively explore the corresponding teaching management methods to improve the quality of clinical practice.
