随访频次对COPD患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性的影响

The influence of follow-up frequency on the compliance of respiratory function exercise in patients with COPD

目的:探讨通过增加随访频次对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸功能锻炼依从性及生活质量的影响.方法:选择60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,在住院期间,两组患者接受同样的呼吸功能锻炼(包括缩唇呼吸、腹式呼吸、呼吸操).对照组患者出院后1个月常规电话随访一次,观察组患者增加随访次数,接受为期3个月的出院随访,分别为第1个月2次/周,第2个月1次/周,第3个月1次/2周,使用我科自制的问卷调查表,对比两组患者开展呼吸练习的依从性及生活质量改善情况.结果:通过加强宣教,增加随访频次,观察组患者的依从性及生活质量要高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:随访频次的增加,可以有效提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸锻炼的遵医行为及生活质量.

Objective:To investigate the effect of increasing the follow-up frequency on the compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to department were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each group.During the hospitalization,the patients of two groups received the same respiratory function exercises(including labial breathing,abdominal breathing and respiratory exercises).For Control group,regular telephone follow-up was performed 1 month later after discharge.For observation group,a period of 3 months follow-up were performed,respectively,for the first month 2 times per week,the second month 1 times per week,and the third month 2 times.Patients'compliance of breathing exercise and quality of life were compared between the two groups,using self-designed questionnaire.Results:The compliance and quality of life of the patients in observation group were higher than that of the patients in the control group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with COPD could be improved effectively by increasing the follow-up frequency.
