某蓄电池厂铅作业人员血铅暴露水平与血压水平相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解安徽省某蓄电池厂从事铅作业工人的血铅和血压水平,分析职业性铅接触对机体血压的影响.方法:选取安徽省某蓄电池厂工作的151例男性工人为研究对象,其中85例从事铅作业的工人作为暴露组,66例从事其他非铅作业工人作为非暴露组,探讨铅暴露水平、年龄、工龄等因素对血压水平的影响.结果:暴露组工人血铅均值(280.50±129.67)ug/L,非暴露组工人血铅均值为(152.48±105.34)ug/L,差异具有统计学意义;高血压发病率两组无显著性差异,不同年龄段高血压检出率随年龄增加而升高;血铅水平高低和高血压、低血压发病率之间未发现平行关系.结论:该企业存在职业危害;职业性铅接触与蓄电池厂作业工人血压的改变和高血压的发病风险有一定关联. Objective:investigate the blood lead and blood pressure of lead-exposed workers in a storage battery factory in Anhui Province,and to explore the effect of occupational lead exposure on blood pressure.Methods:151 male workers in a storage battery factory in Anhui Province were selected as the study subjects,85 of them were exposed to lead and 66 other workers were not exposed.the effects of lead exposure level,age and length of service on blood pressure were investigated.Results:the average blood lead of the pre-post workers was(280.50±129.67)ug/L,and the average blood lead of the post workers was(152.48±105.34)ug/L,No parallel relationship was found between blood lead content and hypertension and hypotension.There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:occupational lead exposure is associated with the change of blood pressure and the risk of hypertension in battery factory workers.
