摘要
文章先从工程的角度阐述冷态安装时如何保证椭圆轴承球面自位性得以实现,再从理论方面研究轴承建立动压油膜后,轴颈偏斜导致油膜力沿着轴向不对称,从而产生的不平衡力矩是否能使瓦体球面克服摩擦阻力矩而摆动,保证轴承在良好的润滑状态下工作。
From the engineering point of view, this thesis explained how to ensure the sphere’s self-positioning performance of elliptical bearing during cold installation, and from the theoretic aspect, this thesis researched whether the unbalanced moment produced by the deflection of the journal leads to the asymmetry of the oil film force along the axial direction after the bearing has established the the dynamic oil film, which can make the tile sphere swing over the friction resistance moment and ensure that the bearing work in good lubricting condition..
