摘要 针对汽轮机换热器上的不锈钢(钛)复合管板管孔,开展浅孔钻加工工艺试验,寻求更先进的加工工艺,降低管孔加工质量风险。经过不断的加工工艺试验,管孔加工工艺已初步成熟并已成功实施产品。 The short-hole drilling process test was conducted for stainless steel(titanium) composite tube plate holes on steam turbine heat exchangers to seek more advanced processing techniques and reduce the risk of tube hole processing quality. After continuous processing technology tests, the tube hole processing technology has been initially matured and the product has been successfully implemented.
