摘要
东方汽轮机(以下简称东汽)从燃烧器的旁路弯管入手,致力于燃机核心部件国产化。旁路弯管具有装配精度高、材料Hastelloy-X焊接性较差,及焊接变形控制难度大等特点。通过有限元模拟计算及相关材料试验性焊接,同时设计用于装配定位和焊接变形控制专用工装,最终制造的旁路弯管焊缝探伤合格,尺寸满足标准要求。
Starting from the bypass elbow of the burner, Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. is committed to the localization of the core components of gas turbine. The bypass elbow has the characteristics with high assembly precision, poor weldability of the material Hastelloy-X, and difficulty in controlling the welding deformation. Through finite element simulation calculation and experimental welding of related materials, as well as designing special tooling to facilitate the control of assembly positioning and welding deformation, the test bypass elbow weld is qualified by NDT, and the dimension meets the standard requirements.
