摘要
文章以油封环铸件的离心铸型设计为例,介绍了离心铸型设计方法,探讨铸型失效原因,分析离心铸型壁厚选择原则,并着重介绍了离心铸型受力校核和热平衡校核方法,探讨铸型散热不足时的应对措施。
Taking the centrifugal casting design of the oil seal ring castings as an example, the design method of the centrifugal casting mould is introduced, the cause of the mould failure is discussed, the selection principle of the wall thickness of the centrifugal casting mould is analyzed, and the stress checking and the heat balance checking method of the centrifugal casting mould are emphatically introduced, and the countermeasures are discussed which the mould heat dissipation is insufficient.
