蒸汽轮机用封严涂层金相制备方法研究

摘要 可磨耗封严涂层广泛应用于航空发动机领域,起到提高发动机性能、降低能耗等作用,近几年也逐步应用在了蒸汽轮机行业。国内外对于各种封严涂层材料的研究多见于涂层用粉体材料制备、涂层工艺开发以及涂层性能研究,金相分析作为涂层性能分析的一个重要指标,其金相制备技术的相关报道较少。本文通过对蒸汽轮机轴封用封严涂层(NiCrFeAl-BN)的金相制备技术进行探索,对金相制备过程中的关键影响因素进行对比研究,得到适合该涂层材料的金相制备方法。 Wear-resistant sealing coating is widely used in the field of aero-engine, which can improve engine performance and reduce energy consumption, and has been gradually applied in the steam turbine industry in recent years. At home and abroad,researches on various sealing coating materials are mainly found in powder materials, preparation process and performance researching of the coating. Metallographic analysis is an important index of coating performance, but there are few reports on metallographic preparation technology. This paper explores the metallographic preparation technology of seal coating for steam turbine shaft seal(NiCrFeAl-BN), compares the key factors in the process of metallographic preparation, and obtains the metallographic preparation method suitable for this coating.
