The ideology of Confucian aesthetics of music played a significant role in history. It insisted that music could and should serve politics, which also enjoyed the music viewpoint of "music to govern". This essay mainly focuses on the "music and politics" in the Confucian aesthetics of music according to the classical masterpiece of musical aesthetics "Records of Music ", that is, the influence of politics on music and the counter-effect of music on politics. This essay expounds the relationship between them in depth, and excavates the essence of Confucian aesthetics of music.
