基于组织论视角的高校新校区建设前期工作探析——以中国海洋大学西海岸校区建设为例

Research on the Pre-Construction Work of New Campus in Universities from the Perspective of Organization Theory:Taking the Construction of West Coast Campus of OUC as an Example

分析高校新校区建设前期工作的主要特点,并指出前期工作在决策、设计、报建、招投标及合同阶段存在的主要问题。在此基础上,通过组织论视角探析西海岸校区前期工作的组织结构模式、组织分工及工作流程组织,以指导前期工作实践,对其它新校区建设前期工作具有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。

This paper represents the work characteristics about the pre-construction work in new campus of universities.Then,points out the main problems in the stages of decision-making,design,construction application,bidding and contract.Based on the perspective of organization theory,analyzes the organizational structure model,organizational division and workflow organization of the pre-construction work in west coast campus of OUC,in order to guide the pre-construction work practice and provide certain reference value for the construction of other new campuses.
