摘要
以用户体验为核心的新零售在逐渐改变人们的生活方式,本设计旨在为消费者提供更便捷的自助结算平台产品与服务,提升消费者购物体验。运用服务设计思维与方法,对新零售场景中自助结算的消费者用户需求与服务接触点进行梳理与分析。采用智能硬件技术实现用户结算的流畅,优化用户结算流程,改进自助购物结算服务系统。通过用户行为特性分析,提取强化用户体验的自助结算平台设计要素,设计更方便使用的体验式自助结算产品。可为提升新零售场景下用户的购物结算体验提供产品支持与参考。
The new retail with user experience as the core is gradually changing people’s lifestyle. This design aims to provide consumers with more convenient products and services of self-service settlement platform,so as to improve the shopping experience of consumers. Using the thinking and method of service design,this paper analyzes the user contact points and needs in the new retail scene. The intelligent hardware technology is used to realize the smooth settlement of users,optimize the settlement process of users,and improve the service system of selfservice shopping settlement. Through the analysis of user behavior characteristics,the design elements of the self-service settlement platform to enhance user experience are extracted,and the experience self-service settlement products that are more convenient to use are designed.This paper could provide a reference for product design of the improving users’ shopping settlement experience under the new retail scenario.
