摘要
为研究乘客的行为动机及阅读方式,改善中国目前地铁图书馆的服务设计。使用了文献法、用户访谈、及行为地图法,研究了乘客使用自助借阅机的动机,使用流程和所处位置对乘客的影响等。总结了地铁图书馆需要优化借阅机的使用流程,改善了外观造型丰富图书展示效果,提高闲置书籍利用率。得到地铁图书馆的摆放位置,创新设计方案。该方法能够从实践中洞察出乘客的潜在需求,从而对服务流程进行改善,提升用户体验。
In order to study the behavior motivation and reading style of passengers and improve the service design of China’s subway libraries at present.Using the methods of literature review,user interview and behavior map,this paper studies the motivation of passengers to use the self-service lending machine,the influence of the use process and location on passengers,etc. This paper summarizes that subway libraries need to optimize the use process of borrowing machines,improve the display effect of books with rich appearance,and improve the utilization rate of idle books.Get the location of subway library and innovate the design scheme. The method can provide insight into the potential needs of passengers from practice,thus improving the service process and enhancing the user experience.
