摘要
介绍一种火法处理铅厂铅冰铜的新工艺。该工艺利用转炉代替传统技术中使用的反射炉,同时在转炉熔炼过程中采用富氧技术增强熔炼强度,获得了较好的技术经济指标,解决了传统技术中存在的能耗高、烟气波动大、大量返尘等问题,符合当前产业政策,也顺应铅冰铜冶炼方面的技术发展趋势。
This paper introduces a new process of Cu-Pb matte treatment in lead smelter by pyrometallurgical technology. The converting furnace is used to replace the reverberatory furnace used in the traditional technology. The technology of oxygen enrichment is used to enhance smelting strength in converting furnace smelting, by which the process solves the problems of high energy consumption, large fluctuation of flue gas and large amount of dust return in traditional technology, and obtains goodtechnical and economic indicaters. It conforms to the current industrial policy and the technical development trend of Cu-Pb matte smelting.
