摘要
针对小型电锌生产企业生产状况,对电锌系统产出的锌镉渣进行试验研究,采用全湿法处理工艺回收其中的锌和镉。试验对浸出酸度、液固比、反应时间对镉浸出率的影响进行了研究,确定了最佳浸出条件。在最佳浸出条件下,研究了锌粉用量对镉置换率的影响,并对镉的电积条件与熔铸过程进行了分析。经过研究,可以得到含镉达99.97%的精镉产品,锌直收率>90%,镉直收率>88%。
In view of the production status of small-scale electrolytic zinc production enterprises, the paper makes the experimental study of the zinc cadmium slag produced by the electrolytic zinc system, the full hydrometallurgical treatment process is used to recover the zinc and cadmium. The effects of leaching acidity, liquid-solid ratio and reaction time on the leaching rate of cadmium are studied to determine the optimum leaching condition. Under the optimum leaching condition, the paper researches the effect of zinc powder consumption on the replacement rate of cadmium, and analyzes the EW condition and melting casting process of cadmium. After the experiment and research, the refined cadmium product containing 99.97% cadmium can be obtained. The direct yield of zinc is more than 90%, and the direct yield of cadmium is more than 88%.
