摘要
根据我国现有生产的铜冶金炉烟道情况,铜冶金炉烟道可简单分为鹅颈型、直通型、折型、罩型、复合型烟道。在对各种烟道优缺点进行对比的基础上,分析了铜冶金炉烟道优化的重要参数,总结出优化烟道结构主要考虑方向,优选出能保证铜冶炼生产稳定、结构合理的烟道模式。
According to the current production situation of copper metallurgical furnace duct of China, the ducts can be simply divided into gooseneck type, straight-through type, folded type, hood type and composite type ducts. Based on the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various ducts, this paper analyzes the important parameters of the optimization of the copper metallurgical furnace ducts, summarizes the main consideration direction of the optimization of the ducts structure, and obtains the ducts mode which can ensure the stable production and reasonable structure of copper smelting.
