摘要
贵冶一系统失重秤给料系统是闪速炉的厂控重点设备,在介绍该系统校验方式、校验原理的基础上,对系统存在的偏差大导致校验多次失败、人工搬运砝码费时费力等问题进行分析,制定了相应的改进方案。实践证明,优化后的系统校验时间得以缩短、校验精度得到提升、人工成本降低。
A unit of weightless scale feeding system of Guixi Smelter is the key smelter-controlled equipment of flash furnace.Based on the introduction of the calibration mode and principle of the system, this paper analyzes the problems such as several calibration failures due to large deviation of the system, time and labor wastes due to manual handling of weights, and makes the corresponding improvement scheme. The practice shows that the calibration time can be shortened after optimization, and the calibration accuracy can be improved and the labor cost will be reduced.
