摘要 孕酮检测能够准确反映牛只妊娠状态,DHI是牧场目前最广泛应用的通过收集奶样用中红外法进行乳成分检测的手段。本文从孕酮以及中红外光谱的特性对利用DHI奶样检测孕酮的可行性进行了综合分析,为利用DHI奶样进行孕酮检测提供理论参考依据。 Progesterone testing could accurately reflect the pregnancy status of dairy cattle, and DHI is a wide-used method to analyze milk composition using NIR. This paper discussed the feasibility of progesterone testing using DHI samples, to provide theory reference for lab-analysis and farm production.
