Performance Evaluation of Mechanical-revolving-mixing Dividing Machine Using in Preparation of Coal Sample

本文提出了一种煤炭制样用机械旋转式混合缩分机的性能评价方案,包括机械旋转式混合缩分机硬件技术规格符合性评价、缩分机缩分后煤样质量均匀性评价、缩分机缩分精密度是否满足要求、缩分偏倚是否满足要求,并通过相关检测和试验验证了该缩分机的性能满足国家标准GB/T 474—2008《煤样的制备方法》的相关要求。

This paper has offered a performance evaluation program of mechanical-revolving-mixing dividing machine using in preparation of coal sample,including the conformity evaluation of the hardware specifications,evaluation of the quality uniformity of coal sample after dividing,whether the reduction precision and reduction bias meet the requirements.The results of observation and testing show that the performance of dividing machine meet the require of GB/T 474—2008 Preparation of Coal Sample.
