LC-MS/MS法测定鸡蛋中4种硝基呋喃类代谢物残留

摘要 本文利用液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS/MS)法测定鸡蛋中4种硝基呋喃类代谢物残留量,以三氯乙酸作为蛋白质沉淀剂,为衍生化反应提供必要的酸性环境,分别采用4种同位素内标的方式来补偿衍生化效率。结果表明,呋喃唑酮(AOZ)代谢物测定低限为0.03μg/kg,呋喃它酮(AMOZ)、呋喃妥因(AHD)和呋喃西林(SEM)代谢物的测定低限为0.05μg/kg,AOZ代谢物定量低限为0.2μg/kg,其余3种药物代谢物的定量低限为0.25μg/kg,利用该方测定鸡蛋中4种硝基呋喃类代谢物的线性范围为0.4~20 ng/mL。 This paper uses LC-MS/MS method to determine the residues of four nitrofuran metabolites in eggs,and trichloroacetic acid is used as a protein precipitator to provide the necessary acidic environment for the derivatization reaction,four kinds of isotope internal standard are used to compensate the derivative efficiency.The results show that the detection limit of metabolites of furazolidone(AOZ)is 0.03μg/kg,furatadone(AMOZ),nitrofurantoin(AHD)and nitrofural(SEM)is 0.05μg/kg,and that of furazolidone is 0.2μg/kg,the low limit of the other three metabolites is 0.25μg/kg.The linear range of the four nitrofuran metabolites in eggs is 0.4ー20 ng/mL.
