摘要
本文采用液液萃取分离结合气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法对生活饮用水中12种有机氯化合物进行测定,多反应监测(MRM)作为质谱扫描模式。结果显示,该方法的线性检测范围为0.5~3μg/L,r>0.9990,检出限可达到2 ng/L,回收率可达到97%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD)可达到12%。由此得出,使用该方法对水中12种有机氯农药进行检测,能够实现良好的定量、定性分析,适用于生活饮用水中有机氯农药的检测。
This paper determines the 12 organochlorine compounds in drinking water by liquid-liquid extraction and capillary column gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)and multi-reaction monitoring(MRM)is used as the mass spectrometry scanning mode.The results show that the linear detection range of this method is 0.5—3μg/L,r>0.9990,and the detection limit of this method can reach 2 ng/L,the recovery is 97%—105%,the RSD can reach 12%.It is concluded that using this method for the detection of 12 organochlorine pesticides in water can achieve good quantitative and qualitative analysis,and is suitable for the detection of organochlorine pesticides in drinking water.
