摘要
为了优化牛大力黄酮类成分的提取条件,本文以浸膏得率、芒柄花素的含量为考察指标,对粒度、料液比、提取溶剂浓度、温度、次数、时间进行单因素考察试验。结果显示,最佳制备工艺为细粉、20倍量80%乙醇、80℃加热回流提取2次,1.5 h/次。由此得出,此方法简便、高效、稳定,可作为牛大力黄酮类成分的提取方法进行推广运用。
In order to optimize the extraction conditions of flavonoids in the root of millettia speciosa champ.This paper uses the extraction rate and the content of formononetin as the indexes to carry out the single factor test of particle size,material-liquid ratio,extraction solvent concentration,temperature,times and time.The results show that the optimal condition for extraction are as follows:fine powder of millettia speciosa champ is 80℃reflux extracted with 20 times 80%ethanol for 1.5 h,for two times.It is concluded that the method is simple,efficient and stable and can be used as the extraction method of flavonoids in rhizoma polygoni multiflori.
