摘要 随着新型疫苗的研发,传统的疫苗佐剂已不能满足需要,人们需要更加安全、有效的新型疫苗增强剂。基于此,纳米材料的优越性得到了医学领域的重视,纳米颗粒也开始广泛应用于疫苗研究。本文对纳米颗粒的性质、纳米颗粒特性对免疫系统的影响及纳米颗粒的在兽医疫苗中的应用进行了论述,旨在对新型疫苗的研发提供参考。 With the development of new vaccines,traditional vaccine adjuvants can no longer meet the needs.People need more safe and effective new vaccine enhancers.Based on this,the superiority of nanomaterials has been valued in the medical field.Nanoparticles are widely used in vaccine research.This paper describes the properties of nanoparticles,the effects of the characteristics of nanoparticles on the immune system and the application of nanoparticles in veterinary vaccines,in order to provide references for the development of new vaccines.
