摘要
现实生活当中,摩托车的制动噪音一般分为低频与高频两种,低频噪声一般就是制动鼓、制动卡钳共振产生的。高频噪声是制动蹄、制动盘共振产生的,或者是摩擦片与卡钳弹性震动产生的。导致摩托车制动噪声的原因一般就是摩擦片性能、制动器结构、制动器刚度以及维护保养等方面导致的,基于此,需要进行综合性的分析,对其原因进行探析,并且使用对应有效的措施进行防治。
In real life,the braking noises of motorcycles is generally divided into low frequency noise and high frequency noise.Low frequency noise is generally generated by resonance of the brake drum and brake caliper.High-frequency noise is generated by resonance of brake shoes and brake discs,or elastic vibration of friction plates and calipers.Motorcycle braking noise is generally caused by friction plate performance,brake structure,brake stiffness,and maintenance.Based on this,a comprehensive analysis is required to analyze the causes and the use of corresponding effective measures is also needed.
