促进乡村振兴,产业兴旺是重点。产业基础能力和产业链现代化水平较低是制约西部乡村振兴的突出问题。西部加快发展富民乡村产业,应坚持营造更好发展环境,大力培育和支持民营企业、小微企业,着力对接市场、建品牌、增活力、促发展。坚持提升劳动者的产业发展能力,重培训、促转型,推进高质量发展。坚持让农民分享乡村产业振兴收益,激发发展产业的主动性和创造力。补短板、强弱项,应更加重视抓好领导干部的学习力,增强在解决矛盾问题中推进工作的动力与能力,确保有效促进乡村产业振兴。

To promote rural revitalization,industrial prosperity is the key point.The low level of industrial basic ability and chain modernization is the outstanding problem that restricts the revitalization of western rural areas.To speed up the development of rural industry in the western region,we should persist in creating a better development environment,vigorously fostering and supporting private enterprises and small and micro enterprises,and making great efforts to connect the market,building brands,increasing vitality and promoting development.We should continue to improve the industrial development capacity of labours,emphasize training and promote transformation,and promote high-quality development.We should ensure that farmers share in the benefits from the revitalization of rural industries and stimulate the initiative and creativity in developing these industries.We should pay more attention to the study ability of leading cadres,improve the motive power and ability of promoting work in solving contradictions,and ensure the effective promotion of rural industry.
