基于三维人体测量的文胸钢圈形态研究

Study of Brassiere Steel Ring Shapes Based upon 3D Body Scanning

在三维人体测量的基础上,通过对102个乳房相对比较完美的西部青年女性乳房细部特征尺寸的测量,结合内衣企业文胸结构设计的特点,研究乳房根部形态与钢圈之间的关系。结果表明,乳根围是一条复杂的三维曲线,相邻号和型的文胸不宜使用同一规格的钢圈,钢圈的材质设计应软硬适中。

Based upon 3D body scanning,through measuring breasts'sizes of 102 young women in the west of China with relatively perfect breasts and referring to the bra pattern design rules from underwear enterprises,this paper studied the relationship between the breast root shape and the steel ring by considering the features of the pattern design of the brassiere.It is concluded that the breast root girth is a complicated three-dimensional curve,it's inappropriate for the neighboring-number brassieres to adopt the steel ring with the same specification.Moreover,the material design of the steel ring should be moderate.
